How fast will I hear back?
We reply by email on working days. Bug reports with clear steps to reproduce are usually the quickest to solve.
Do you help with the free versions?
Bug reports are always welcome, whichever version you use, because they make every plugin better.
Do you need access to my site?
Usually not. Versions, steps and a screenshot are enough for most issues. If we do need to look, we’ll ask for a temporary account you control and can delete afterwards. Never share your own password.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes. Choose “Feature idea” in the form and tell us the problem you’re trying to solve, not just the feature. That helps us build the right thing.
